FAQs

Do air purifiers actually make a difference in Indian homes?

Yes especially if you live somewhere with a lot of dust or high PM2.5. A good HEPA purifier pulls the fine particles you can't see (dust, smoke, pollen) out of the room. Most people notice less dust settling on furniture and easier breathing within a few days, particularly through pollution season.

What does "H13 True HEPA" actually mean?

HEPA is a filter grade, and H13 is one of the stronger ones. It traps 99.9%+ of particles down to 0.1 microns, which covers most dust, smoke, pollen and pet dander. "True HEPA" just means it's tested to that standard and not a cheaper lookalike. Every Wozoyo Pure Air model uses H13

Which Wozoyo air purifier should I buy for my room?

Go by room size. PA1 (₹4,999) and PA2 (₹5,999) suit bedrooms and small offices. PA5 (₹13,499) and PA6 (₹24,999) are built for large living rooms and open offices. PA4 (₹11,499) is the 2-in-1 that also works as a fan. Stuck between two sizes? Pick the bigger one — it cleans the same room faster on a lower, quieter setting

What is CADR, and why should I care?

CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) tells you how much clean air the purifier delivers per hour. A higher CADR clears a room faster or handles a bigger space. Match it to your room — a small unit in a large hall will always struggle to keep up. [Add each model's CADR and coverage here

Can it handle Delhi / NCR-level pollution?

That's exactly what H13 HEPA and a strong CADR are built for. During winter smog, run it on a higher setting and keep the windows shut. The bigger models (PA5, PA6) recover the air faster when outdoor PM2.5 spikes

Will it help with allergies, asthma or pet hair?

It can help a lot. HEPA captures the usual triggers — dust, pollen, pet dander — so there's less of them floating around your room. It isn't a medical device, but plenty of people with allergies sleep and breathe easier with one running by the bed

How often do I change the filter, and is it air purifiers

Roughly every 6 to 12 months, depending on how dirty your air is and how much you run it. Heavy use in a polluted city means you'll replace it sooner. Genuine Wozoyo filters cost and are in the air-purifier filters Filters collection the right filter keeps the H13 rating intact, which cheap copies often don't

Is a portable air purifier a good option in India?

Very much so. Most homes in India don't need every room purified at once, so a single portable air purifier that travels with you beats buying a fixed unit for each room. It's light enough to lift with one hand, runs off a normal wall socket, and starts clearing the air within minutes of switching on.

Is there an air purifier with app control?

Sometimes an air purifier with app control tends to be a step up in features, so many models keep it simple: strong filtration, no smartphone setup. If one supports an app, you'll see it listed under features on its product page. Want app scheduling and live air-quality readings? Browse our full air-purifier range for the smart models.

Does it remove smells and smoke?

HEPA catches smoke particles, and the carbon layer helps with everyday odours like cooking, pets and general staleness. A constant source (someone smoking in the room) is harder — the purifier will reduce it, but it can't fully keep up with non-stop smoke

Is a compact air purifier enough for a bedroom?

For most bedrooms and small rooms, yes. A compact air purifier is designed for spaces up to roughly 150–250 sq ft — the size of an average Indian bedroom, study, or nursery. Match the coverage rating on each product to your room; that matters more than how big the unit looks.

Where should I place it in the room?

Keep it out in the open, not tucked behind a sofa or curtain, with a bit of space around the intake. Near where you spend most time (bedside, desk) is ideal. Avoid corners, and don't put anything on top of the outlet
