To Ensure Optimal Performance
  • The host’s device must have a fully functional USB-C port i.e USB-C port includes data transfer, DP Alt Mode, and power delivery; otherwise, video or charging may not work.
  • Charging performance depends on the input power adapter.
  • Dual HDMI output resolution depends on the host device’s GPU capability and support for DSC (Display Stream Compression).
  • MAC address pass-through requires host support: In enterprise networks, if this function is required, please enable "MAC Address Pass-Through" in the computer's BIOS settings.

Precautions for Use
  • Store the product in a dry location and avoid exposure to humid environments.
  • Avoid splashing liquids into the connector to prevent performance issues.
  • Open flames sources, such as candles, must not be placed near this product.
