Safety Precautions for Use

Save These Instructions

  • Please plug the charger into an AC wall socket/outlet with a rated voltage of 100~240V
  • The product is designed for use with IT equipment only. Do not use the charger with any product which is not in conformity with rated specifications of this charger.
  • It's normal for this charger to heat up a little during use.
  • In case the charger stops charging suddenly, this may be due to an incident of over-current/over-temperature/over-voltage/short-circuit protection. In this case, please unplug the connected device/s. Reconnect your device/s after 30 seconds, the charger will resume normal functioning.
  • Do not place the charger close to any sources of heat such as fire, stove, candles etc.
  • Please ensure that no form of liquid is split on the charger. (Any such spill of any liquid on the charger voids the warranty on the product).
  • The maximum ambient temperature during use of the appliance must not exceed 25°C.
  • The disconnection from line voltage is made by AC plug.
  • Only use a dry cloth or brush to clean the charger.
  • In case of failure or component defect, don't attempt to repair the charger. Please reach out to Wozoyo customer support.

User Interface (UI) & Display Guide
  • Single Tap the control button located on the top of the charger to toggle between different UI options.
  • Long Press the control button located on the top of the charger to rotate the display screen orientation.
UI Graphic Description
Home Screen Home Screen When powered on, the Wozoyo logo is displayed on the screen of the device.
Standby Mode Standby Mode If charger is not in use, after 5 seconds, the device enters standby mode and displays emojis.

Note: Tap the control button or plug in a charging cable to exit standby mode.
Power Distribution Power Distribution In this user interface, power drawn by each port can be observed.
Smart Temperature Monitor
We Chilling Getting Toasty Cool it baby
In this user interface you can track the live temperature status of the charger.

"We Chilling" means the charger's temperature is on the lower side.

"Getting Toasty" means that charger is running in high performance mode and temperature has risen slightly but still lies well below international operating temperature limit.

"Cool it baby" means that charger's temperature has risen and cooling measures have been activated but temperature still lies below international operating temperature limit.
Total Operating Time Total Operating Time In this user interface you can track the total operating time of the charger. Activates after the charger has been in use for 1 hour or more.
